Ashton’s Senior Session
OH MY GOODNESS! What better way to settle into this fall season than with an AWESOME senior session! WHERE TO BEGIN! There are just so many wonderful things about this session, but first thing is first… I HAVE to talk about Mrs. Judy (Ashton’s grandmother) She is the sweetest woman ever! She was the one who kind of got the ball rolling on this session. After our consultation together, where I met Ashton, Mrs. Jenny (her mother) and Mrs. Judy in person… right then I knew it was gonna be a great shoot
The very first thing I noticed about Ashton was her STUNNING red hair! Coming from a family of ALL blondes I ADORE red hair! And the timing and location of our session could not have been any better! All of the leaves and fall colors went gloriously with her hair and her BEAUTIFUL green eyes! The Second thing was her freckles… SWOON! From a Photographers stand point I mean red hair and freckles…. IT JUST DOESNT GET ANY BETTER!
I want to also take just a minute to talk about how impressed I am with Ashton… She started off a little quiet but warmed up very quickly. She communicated EXCELLENTLY with me. When asked to do a pose she was very honest on how it made her feel… WHICH I LOVE by the way. Honesty and communication lead for excellent images as you will soon see! But what really impressed me with Ashton was her clothing choices she is very modest which I value in young ones! And she and I both share in a love of scarves… I thought seriously about buying 15 of them after our shoot! HA HA! Ashton also had her boyfriend along for her shoot which was a lot of fun! They make a pretty perfect fit!
Ashton attends Newton High, and will be graduating before we know it! Although she told me she isn’t extremely competitive, she plays softball and golf but enjoys golf a little more. Our shoot was at a quiet location, Starlight Farms, that Courtney Waller graciously let us photograph at. But just because it was a quiet Location by NO MEANS meant it was a quiet or dull shoot… WE HAD SMOKE BOMBS!!!! They were awesome! Ok Ok I know everyone is dying to see images SOOO with all of that being said…. Ashton I want to tell you to have the best SENIOR YEAR ever! YOU DID IT! This is just the beginning of an amazing journey, enjoy the ride! And enjoy your SNEAK PEEK images!
