What an amazingly beautiful session I had yesterday! This soon to be mommy is right at 30 weeks, and she is BEAUTIFUL! I have never seen such a perfectly gorgeous round baby bump!
This mommy (LaTonya) is in the military and traveled from Alabama for her shoot. Her 9 year old daughter was part of her shoot too of course and I just ADORED her!
The first location for our session was underwater! And even though this expecting mommy had a pretty serious fear of the water, she was so awesome and you would never be able to tell that she was a bit uneasy. She was so awesome to work for! Her daughter was a little upset that she couldn’t get in the water with us…. BUT when it was all said and done she forgot all about being upset….. I THINK!
One of my favorite things about this session was, how prepared LaTonya was. If you have read my blogs before you know how much I love preparation! When discussing wardrobe a few weeks before hand, I mentioned what I would bring for the shoot and she would say ” I already have that.” WHAT!?!?! I LOVE IT! I can honestly say because of that our session went even better!
She brought the most wonderful wardrobe selection, she truly understands my style. And to top it all off she trusted my vision for her! There is something truly magical when I can sense the trust and belief that a client has for me and my work, and that is just what I got from her. We made MAGIC together!
I also cannot let this blog end without saying that I love that her daughter was so close to her, being that she has been in the military for such a long time, they travel so much. Her daughter is just a trooper and so very sweet and well mannered! Being able to capture mother and daughter together during this special time is something I know they will both treasure forever!
