A Prince Turned ONE

A Prince Turned ONE

I just can NOT believe a year has come and gone. This precious baby boy is ONE YEAR OLD! Where does the time go?

I have grown so fond of this family and it has been such an honor to watch all of them change and grow into the most perfect little family ever. This mom and dad perfectly balance each other and make a great team. I LOVE how they both can make their son giggle and laugh in their own ways.

The year of 2020 has been very hard for everyone. This little prince was unable to have his 9-month milestone documented. As sad as that made me it was just safer for everyone to wait. I knew that not documenting his 9-month meant that we would do his one year BIG! AND BIG WE DID! We recreated many of mom’s maternity portraits now with her little man right with her. It makes me so emotional because it takes me back to when my own children were that small. But their session this time around was even more special because dad was able to be with us too! This is what I live for! Capturing these very special moments and creating a story with each session.

I want to tell this family just how much I love them. AND how much I treasure every single session I have with them. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE SESSION OUT OF THEM ALL!

Tracee and Benzo THANK YOU for allowing me on this journey with you. Thank you for ALWAYS trusting my eye and vision for each session. Together we made an amazing team and created true works of art. EVERY TIME! I love these images, in particular, so much because it’s like the end of a chapter but still the beginning of an amazing book. The little prince you two are raising is going to do amazing things. In the scary world we live in and have been seeing, witnessing and going through we need more families like you. I am proud of the young man you both are raising and I am so privileged to get to document it. Thank you again for allowing me that honor.

With all the love in the world ENJOY YOUR SNEAKS!
