Bahamian ROYALTY!
OHHHH my word what a session! This gorgeous mama and I had chemistry RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE! She is from the Bahamas and if you know me… you know I WISH I was from the Bahamas!
The way this entire session unfolded felt like it was fate that brought us together. I mean so much so, it gives you goosebumps. She was drawn to an image of mine that was shot in the Bahamas and the rest is history. We had a very short time to plan her session and what made it even more challenging was her hubby had been stuck in the Bahamas due to Covid-19 since FEBRUARY!!!! He was supposed to arrive the day before our session BUT delta cancelled the flight meaning he ended up arriving an HOUR before our session began!!!! WHAT?!?!?! Yeah talk about crunch time!
As if that wasn’t enough to add to a high-level stress situation, the location we decided on photographing her at gave us the most difficult time and ended up asking us to leave. I KNOW!!!! It was ridiculous! SO, then we were faced with finding another location that was hopefully open because right now many parks are still closed! BUT EVERYTHING HAPPENED FOR A REASON! I mean EVERYTHING! The second location fit them to a T and was absolutely gorgeous!
The best part was… due to the fact mom and dad had not seen each other in months every look and kiss they gave was the most genuine and pure love I had ever seen. Just wait till you see! You will know exactly what I am talking about when you see the sneaks.
This session will forever go down in the books as a true masterpiece given all the obstacles we overcame. I am so excited to share!
To my beautiful Alexandra you are a true goddess! THANK YOU for your patient and kind demeanor. You and your hubby are beautiful inside and out! I am so sorry there were so many obstacles we had to overcome, but that is what makes the art work so special! Thank you for trusting my vison and being willing to do anything I asked! I promise it was so worth it! I cannot wait to share them all with you! Until then….
