Lilly’s SENIOR PORTRAITS!
LILLY! THIS IS YOUR YEAR!
Our session yesterday was super fun, but more than anything sentimental. This upcoming 2017 graduate really wanted to be photographed at her high school. She is in the band playing clarinet, and this is a very important part of her high school career! So photographing her at her school was exactly what we did!
Hot, really does not even begin to describe the temperature we experienced yesterday. What was so insane was the fact the the sky was FULL of beautiful poofy clouds. We were just CERTAIN that one of those clouds was going to give us a break from the sun…. NOPE! NOT EVEN ONCE! HAHA! The clouds were like… ha ha not today! Completely toying with us! Nonetheless we were out there shooting and we made some AMAZING images! You would never be able to tell were sweating almost to death.
Lilly is one of the BUBBLIEST seniors ever! She is giggly, and knows how to keep everyone laughing. Her facial expressions are the best. What was even more special was her session was the same day as her homecoming dance.. AND her school’s football team WON their homecoming game! What an awesome set of events! It was just good all over! I enjoyed myself thoroughly because many times I am halfway across the world for my senior clients, it was so fun to shoot close to home!
We had alot of visitors during her session and it was AWESOME! You know my modo, the more the merrier. BUT I have to say I think my favorite participant was lilly’s dad. HE WAS AWESOME! In between shots he was fanning her down so she wouldn’t sweat… too much. He helped her throughout the day, getting things she needed, making sure she was alright. It was so precious! We also had a few of lilly’s friends pop in. SO OF COURSE we had to grab a picture of them!
When it was all said and done it was a HOT, but glorious session. I am beyond excited to share these sneak peeks! But first…
LILLY!!!!! AGHHHH!!! ITS YOUR LAST YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL!!!! WHAT!?!?!? I am so proud! This is an amazing accomplishment and you should be proud too! You are so beautiful! And your personality is the best! ALWAYS keep your bouncy and optimistic traits! WE NEED MORE OF YOU AROUND! You really do light up a space when you come in. You were FLAWLESS yesterday! As this year will quickly come to end, remember it is only the beginning! You will do wonderful things… I JUST KNOW IT! Thank you for letting me be on this journey with you! And of course enjoy your sneak peeks!
