Tanya’s Maternity Session
Yesterday was just a fabulous day!
Where to begin….. I received a call from Tanya (mommy to be) several weeks back wanting to schedule an amazing stylized session. I knew right away it was going to be fabulous! I LOVED EVERYTHING about her thoughts and ideas and knew we were going to work together amazingly! When we were speaking on the phone, she mentioned she was part of a reality TV show. Now if you know me I have very little time to watch TV, but after our covo I had to immediately go check this show out! After watching her on TV I fell EVEN more in love with Tanya! She is driven, kind and centered all at the same time!
So after a few scheduling hiccups our session day finally arrived! I WAS SO EXCITED!!! I could not wait to get behind my camera and capture the most amazing images ever! It was a beautiful day, a beautiful location, and there were the most beautiful people. Our session was long and tiring, but so so SO worth it. We connected with the nature around us and amazing things happened!
Tanya brought her two kiddos and they were SO GOOD the entire day! I was so impressed with them all as a family. And her little boy really opened up when he was able to just be in the little creek playing in the water with feathers. He wasn’t crazy about bugs flying on or around him… but put him in the creek and let him drop feathers in the stream to float down the river… oh he was just as happy as could be. Her daughter was just as precious. She snuggled her momma so sweet and all of them together was something I was so glad I was able to capture.
Before I share sneak peeks I want to say, TANYA, Thank you for picking me to be your maternity photographer! You are an amazing woman. You are so kind and thoughtful. You care so much about how other people feel, like how there were other photographers in our vicinity yesterday but you didn’t want to get in their way. I admire that quality about you. You are also an amazing mother! I am so glad I was able to photograph you and your precious babies together, SO MUCH LOVE in those images. Your love radiates and I am moved by it! Picking sneak peeks was near to impossible. How do I pick when I love them all?!? I didn’t have to be around you long to see that you are motivated and do not give up. AND on top of everything else YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! You are the whole package love! I’m sorry this blog is so long, but I feel it’s important you know every single thing I have written.
