Waiting on Baby Caleb
Our session Saturday was just…. AMAZING!
We all know the Georgia weather is insane! And although our session day was the PERFECT day, all of the water from the two previous days had our original location flooded and a bit unsafe. YIKES! Fortunately I had a plan B because I knew the water levels could possibly be too high. This sweet little family was so trusting of me and I am SO GLAD! Some pretty amazing things came out of the crazy amount of rain we had recently received.
Once we hit our location and started photographing, it was smooth sailing from there. This momma to be was just FABULOUS! They have a precious little girl also. She was less enthused about my presence. HAHA! But her little personality was shining through every now and again. It seemed as if every time I moved my camera away from my eye she would break out the most perfect smile ever! By the time we neared the end of our session, she started to warm up to me. BUT I WAS SO ENVIOUS! At one point in time my assistant who also happens to be my amazing husband had to hold her so that I might capture mom and dad together… and she just went to him and laid her head down on his shoulder!!! WHAT!!!! It was the sweetest thing, but man alive I was jealous haha! The outcome however are some AMAZING SHOTS of mom and dad by the water. So even though it wasn’t me holding her, I’ll TAKE IT!
The day was fabulous, the location was fabulous, and this little family were just fabulous! Once everything was said and done, we had captured some of the most amazing images!
To this little family : I ADORE YOU ALL! Thank you for trusting my vision and judgment throughout the session! You are the sweetest little family ever! THANK YOU for letting me be a part of this special day with you all!
