Welcome Baby Zoë
Oh my word everyone… I got to meet sweet baby Zoë yesterday and she is just a doll!
As our session began I was trying to prepare dad that she may get a bit upset when I wrap her. (I wrap all of my babies as soon as I get to them, it makes for calmer newbie’s) Yet here we were wrapping her and she didn’t make a peep! She was wrapped and super comfy and kept drifting off to sleep. Guys my heart was just MELTING!
She was such a sweet little girl the entire session, but what really made this session special was the affection mom and dad have for this new little person that has entered their life just a week ago. I can tell every single one of my expecting mothers how special mother hood is, but until that baby is laid on your chest you can’t understand the full meaning. This mommy and daddy had the full meaning, they are head over heels for this precious little, not that I blame them!
The emotions during this session were so raw and real, that it made me have to choke back some tears on SEVERAL occasions. Motherhood really is one of THE MOST beautiful journeys anyone could go on. Words may fail me but the images do not. The saying “A picture is worth more than a thousand words,” is so beyond accurate when it comes to this particular session. Take one look and you will see.
I was so excited to be able to photograph her and more than anything get my newbie snuggles in hehe 🙂 I LOVE THIS LITTLE FAMILY!!!!
Andy and Elaina you guys are already so amazing at parenting. The amount of love you have for her is so beautiful and amazing. I cannot wait to watch her grow with you! Enjoy every snuggle, whimper, and cry because it changes all too soon. Now please enjoy Zoë’s newborn portraits
