Description

Your first certificate towards earning your Masters Certification, as a professional underwater photographer, solely revolves around training your physical ability to know and understand the requirements needed to be a professional underwater photographer. You will not be required to photograph during this singular certification process however, you will be learning the in’s and out’s of safety, proper breathing techniques, buoyancy hurdles, endurance levels, as well as understanding underwater photography gear. Regardless of if you are already an underwater photographer or are just starting out this part of the process is vital towards earning the title of a Certified Professional underwater photographer. Each level of this process will have requirements you must pass. Both by means of online tests as well as physical tests, CPR and first aid certified, along with logged underwater time even after your in-person training has taken place. 2 days of in person training is required to complete the course. This process is meant to be set at your own pace but we encourage each student to stay active in the water so as not to forget what you have been taught. There is a strict limit of up to four persons per course to ensure each student receives the proper education. You will see the set dates below that are available to begin your journey to earning your Master Professional Underwater Photographer Certification.
